Refund or Exchange due to "Wrong Item Bought/ Changed My Mind": Returns for a refund or to exchange for another product due to purchasing the wrong item or simply deciding that you don't want the item purchased are understandable. Our return policy for exchange or refund requires that all exchanges or refunds are within 30 days of the purchase. For items beyond 30 days we do not offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once the item is received at our warehouse and inspected you will be given a refund or credit minus a 15% restocking fee. Please note, shipping is not refundable.
Refund or Exchange due to "Damaged/Defective Product or Wrong Product Sent": Our leather goods are backed with a lifetime guarantee. If something breaks or if you receive a product that was damaged or does not work properly please email us with a photo and description at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will replace or restore your leather good at no charge to you. Please note that leather goods will naturally have blemishes or color variances. These are naturally occurring in the tanning process of the leather and we are not able to exchange or refund items that are related to natural blemishes in the leather.
Perishable Items: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as Gift Cards, San Lazaro Coffee, and Coffee Cherry Preserves cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of status of your order, refund, exchange, or replacement/repair.
Clearance items: All items that are purchased from a clearance sale are not eligible for refunds unless the item is defective.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
