We fulfill orders in our warehouse on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.  It should take between 5-7 days to receive your order.

We will replace a damaged product at no charge to you.  For full instructions on how to initiate an exchange or refund, please see our full refund policy.  

Unused and unaltered items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. (Custom products are not eligible for returns or refunds of any kind.) Please contact us with your name, order number, and the product you'd like to return to begin the return process. All returns are subject to a $10 shipping and handling fee.

We work to respond to customer questions within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Our small team takes a break to be with family and friends on Saturdays and Sundays. Thank you for your patience.
