How long should I expect it to take to receive my order?
Our team packs orders in our warehouse in Nashville, TN on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Orders typically take between 5-7 business days from purchase to arrival. We can expedite shipping for a fee. If you need your order in a shorter period of time, please email us to ensure early delivery.
What if something is missing or damaged in my order?

I'd like to return something I ordered. What should I do?
Unused and unaltered items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. (Custom products are not eligible for returns or refunds of any kind.) Please email email@example.com with your name, order number, and the product you'd like to return to begin the return process. All returns are subject to a $10 shipping and handling fee.
I emailed Customer Service. When should I get a response?
We work to respond to customer questions within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Our small team takes a break to be with our families and friends on Saturdays and Sundays. Thank you for your patience.
Do you offer customization on products?
We are happy to offer custom branding on leather goods! This is done in Honduras, and turnaround time is eight weeks. If you'd like more information including pricing on branding, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org. At this time, we aren't able to offer any other kind of customization.
